This organization is dedicated to hosting events that encourage community participation in environmental protection, particularly ocean cleanups. Its target audience includes teenagers and young adults who are passionate about making a positive impact on the environment in their spare time. With this in mind, the visual identity draws inspiration from natural elements—especially ocean waves—to evoke a sense of peace, calmness, and serenity while motivating young people to take meaningful action.

What I learned from this project…

By exploring natural elements and experimenting with various pigments and digital media, I discovered many creative ways to express design language. I also realized how color, typography, and graphic form can serve as powerful mediums to convey ideas and shape audience perception.

Overview:

This project involved creating a brand or organization and developing an interactive branding system that embodies its identity and values. The work included logo design, establishing a visual system, and developing creative media to extend the brand experience. The goal was to create a cohesive and engaging brand presence that connects with the target audience through both visual and tactile interactions.

Logo Animation

I created YOCO, a concept organization dedicated to fostering collaboration across the creative industry. The letter “C” in the logo symbolizes both Collaboration and Creativity, capturing the brand’s core spirit. I chose the name YOCO for its energetic and imaginative tone, reflecting a brand full of fresh ideas. Through this logo design and animation, I aimed to convey a youthful, dynamic, and forward-thinking identity that embodies creativity and connection.

What I learned from this project…

Through creating YOCO, I learned how design can serve as both a visual and conceptual bridge for collaboration. Developing the logo and animation taught me to translate abstract ideas—like creativity and connection—into tangible visual language. This process deepened my understanding of how motion, form, and typography can together express a brand’s personality and values.
